"Perfect"

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"リーズナブルな料金でした。朝食付きでしたが、美味しくいただきました。"

"Room are clean and spacious Buffet breakfast and dinner average"

"10畳の和室でしたが、コンセントの差し込み口が枠より沈んでいて、充電があまり出来なかった。 敷布団が2枚敷いてあるけど、薄くて寝心地がイマイチだった。 料理や大浴場は良かった。 大浴場のシャワーがとてもよかったし、大浴場の酒粕のパックが良かった。スタッフの対応は笑顔で最高でした。"

"Even though it's an old style hotel, we had very comfortable room for our family and especially enjoyed the 2 onsen. I am told by local ladies that the spring water here is very beneficial for hair and skin. The breakfast was nice too."

"Very nice would stay here again."

"Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room."

"Beautiful - from the decor to the gardens, customer service, and dining experience. Impeccable."

"This hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. It made my visit to Nagasaki even better. Its close to a tram stop to access all main attractions and about 200M to Glover garden. Highly recommended"

"Good stay, close to a lot of restaurants"

"The best part was the room and the view. Breakfast buffet and public bath were so so. I wanted to book massage but it was off day which is very disappointing. I wish there’s option to have dinner in the room."
