It is a ok hotel with good location. Pictures are much better than the real room. Think the customers are mostly one time travelers. The fabric of the couch is plastic and make people feel uncomfortable.

Many good restaurants, convenient stores and shopping easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable. Another towel rack in the bathroom would be nice to have.

It was a bit far from Kumamoto city area, but the room was spacious and onsen was pleasant. Took a train from Tamana station to go to Kumamoto castle.
