"Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here"

"The hotel was everything it advertised to be!! Although there were clouds the first couple days, when they cleared, we had a perfectly unobstructed view of mt Fuji. It was like looking at a postcard, totally unreal. Our host was above and beyond. His knowledge of local to do’s, food, sights, etc, was great and reliable. We stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kawaguchiko. Although Kyoto was amazing, nothing could top our accommodations in Kawaguchiko. Do yourself a favor and and stay here. Thx again!!!!"

"The staff overall was helpful especially the older men at reception and the shuttler bus driver he even stopover for us on the way to pick up staff, but there is a lady at the reception is very rude, she talks rude she. We ask for luggage storage she give us dirty looks and unpleasant attitude, that’s why I didn’t rated as 5"

"Yoshi hosted us with open arms. He sung us a song on arrival and then found out it was my girlfriend’s birthday and got her some personalised gifts! The location was idyllic; we had a room with a view of Fuji which we saw at sunrise. Yoshi does live music in the evening and he was incredible! He even gave us a lift to the station the next day so we didn’t have to get a bus. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in the Kawaguchiko area."
