Top Maple Corridor Hotel Reviews
Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi
10/10 Excellent
"Good condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, The hotel has 2 Breakfast sections, one European and one Japanese, but no toaster or grill for breads, but sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."
Lakeland Hotel Mizunosato
10/10 Excellent
"Nice rooms , the private outdoor bath was nice , and it does allow individuals with tattoos to reserve a private onsen."
HOSHINOYA Fuji
10/10 Excellent
"The property is beautifully located so you can have a clear view of Fuji, weather permitting and we were lucky enough to have a view of Fuji which made our stay all the more special. Thank you so much to the very attentive staff."
Kasuitei Ohya
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed one night at Kasuitei Ooya, and it turned out to be the highlight of our time in Japan. The ryokan gets the traditional experience right without it feeling staged β tatami rooms, yukata, and a real sense of care in everything. Our room had a lake view and a private bath, which our teenagers enjoyed as much as we did. The kaiseki dinner was outstanding: beautifully presented course after course with local ingredients we didn't see anywhere else on the trip, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. The onsen is on the 7th floor, and the same floor has a viewing area where we caught the clearest Mt Fuji view of our stay at sunrise. What tied it all together was the staff. From check-in through to the shuttle back to the station, they were warm, unhurried, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked. If you're deciding whether to build a ryokan night into a Japan trip, this is the place to do it."
HaoSTAY
8/10 Good
"The hotel was relatively modern, kept in good order and had a lovely rooftop deck. The staff were very kind and it was very convenient that they spoke English which I wasn't necessarily expecting. They didn't include many amenities in the room and there was no place to get amenities except at the front desk which was closed in the late evening and early morning. It would be nice if they maybe had a little amenities counter that they left out overnight because I didn't investigate which amenities were included in the room until after the desk was closed and then I needed some things that I couldn't get. I appreciate it that breakfast was included but there were very limited options that were preset and you had to schedule your meal time ahead of time which I found kind of stressful. But that might also just be a cultural difference. I think it would be more friendly to different dietary restrictions and perhaps less logistically difficult if they just had a few self service items people could course from. They were willing to accommodate my food issues which was appreciated. These are minor issues that were really more about my personal preference than anything else. It also did seem a little more pricey than other similar properties I stayed at in the area. Although the rooms were a little larger and the property was a little more updated. It's a lovely property and staff were great. Totally a fine place to stay in the area especially if you don't have my same preferences."

Kawaguchiko Hotori no Hotel Ban
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, easy check in, and amazing stay overall. We were very pleased with our room, it was spacious and clean! Highly recommend staying here."
Crab and Wagyu Beef Fujisan-tei
10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the most genuine place weβve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware itβs a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, itβs a Japanese bath, etcβ¦) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"
