“It's a beautiful old house and nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking in the back. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the shower controls! After fiddling with them for quite some time, I finally managed to get water at a reasonable temperature to flow from the shower head rather than in the tub, but even now I don't think I could repeat the process.”

“Parking at back behind pub. Easy check in. Lovely helpful staff. Clean room, comfy beds. Only recommendation is about the doors- our opposite neighbour went in and out a lot during the night and doors were very noisy as they stuck slightly so had to slam them. Otherwise lovely stay. ”

“Beautiful sea view room. The only downside to this hotel was that it has low water pressure in the shower and no drinking water in the room and had to go to the bar if you wanted any.”

“The lodgings are in fact an appartement not whole house as advertised. Not is it 3 minutes from the beach unless you have a car. It has not been modernised but is spacious and inexpensive. ”

“a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant”

“Hotel was an absolute state. Dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedding and un cleaned rooms that had dead flies and bugs on the bed. Requested to move room as it was disgusting and was met with Daniel the receptionist who was very unpleasant to deal with and very rude and abrupt. On telling him you'd expect the rooms to be clean and tidy and i have a respiratory failure and this was going to cause problems with the amount of dust in the rooms, i was just glared at. On the other hand half……
