“I have expressed my concerns regarding my requests/worries upon booking, from day 1, check in, as I had no reply since booking & calls on our way to the hotel. I have health issues so I always have to research accommodations & make requests. That week was the heatwave week so my worry turned into anxiety. Be aware that their website & the Expedia website on Mount Stuart Hotel IS NOT UPDATED. Certainly when we checked out. One of the many concerns in my conversation with David (manager). Lucas……

“I liked everything & will book again. The only disappointment is that Expedia took full payment in advance when I had selected pay on the day which resulted in the Hiotel taking a further £105 on the day. I emailed Expedia pointing out that their invoice indicated I would be overcharged but has failed to reply. I want £105 refunded to me immediately or I will not use Expedia again.”

“The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure. Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free……
