"We had absolutely amazing stay in the tented pool villa! The moment I saw the place I wish we had booked a longer stay! So beautiful, peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast served to the room, floating breakfast possible if requested. Barely any mosquitoes where we stayed and the staff puts repellents on in the rooms before it gets dark. "Ignore the slightly perfunctory greeting at the ao po marina office - this place is incredible. We had a 2 bed pool villa and I think it will never be beaten in terms of view and comfort.
My tips:
1. take a plug adapter (no international plug in room)
2. make sure you have cash as some restaurants/bars around the resort only take cash and the atm at the local shop is frequently out of order….
3. It is easy to take a grab to the marina but the marina restricts grab pick ups in favour of their own taxis. We still got a grab to our next destination but had to walk out of the gate of the Marina
The staff were the friendliest we have ever had and knew our names and the food and drink was nice and varied. The view from breakfast is wonderful.

"when the time we arrive, our next room was in construction, the painting smell caused us can't use the balcony. The hotel offering us the deluxe room with the pool but we didn't want to pack all the things back to luggage so we refused, instead they gave us a free meal. The staff was nice and try hard to solve the problem."
"We had a wonderful time at Anda Sea, not many hotels have this unique concept of private pools attached to rooms high up from ground level. It was perfect for us as a Muslim family. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There's places to eat either side of the hotel and there is a 7 eleven 2 mins walk there's also a laundry service opposite the hotel. Anda Sea also offers a free shuttle to the beach but beach is also very cheap to get to by Grab taxi. Every day our room was topped up with water and we had the tastiest Virgin Mojitos from the drinks bar

The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me with logistics for transportation and help me make calls and get in touch with our local transfers. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. The only downside are the stairs going to and from your rooms with limited elevator for easy access. The property sits on a hill."
"Beautiful hotel, all staff are so lovely and helpful. Peaceful location but also easy access to main centre, bar, shops etc. this is an amazing hotel and our stay here was very memorable. Just one point that we didn’t realise until we got to the hotel, there is no alcohol sold at the property, but they don’t mind you bringing alcohol into the hotel if you want some with your meal etc. "

"Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again. "
