“I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.”

“Just as the comments below mentioned, hotel staff are really really helpful and sweet, especially Justin and the staff who work in Sea Breeze, the hotel restaurant. We stayed in the Element for 3 nights, seeking for some relaxation and the hotel didn't disappoint me! We went swimming in the pool and visited the gym room almost everyday! A variety of equipment are provided, eg. dumpbell, TRX row, yoga mat, you name it! We love the gym room. They also provide free shuttle bus service to Ao……

"I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I didn’t have enough cash, they finally allowed a credit‑card deposit instead. Room service is available if you prefer to stay in, but the menu options are quite limited. The restaurant food is actually better. One time when I ordered room service, the staff asked me to pay in cash, but I told them to charge it to my room — it seems the hotel prefers cash in general, which was a bit confusing. The hotel has its own private beach, reachable by a shuttle that takes about five minutes down the hill. You can simply tell the front desk when you’d like to go. The beach is quiet and clean — a nice spot to relax. Overall, this hotel is a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. While some procedures (like the deposit and payment method) could be improved, the setting and atmosphere make it a pleasant place to stay. "
