Room was very cold. No ability to turn down the AC. No extra blanket. Called front desk a little after 8 pm. Wanted the AC turned down and a blanket. Got recording telling me after 7 pm no one was available and they looked forward to speaking with me in the morning. No number offered to contact someone. ...

Seems like this town is still recovering from the hurricane a couple years ago. I wish them well.
