“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”

“Ideal location for walking access to shopping and dining! Cute house with comfy bed! Our host was great with communication and easy check in too!”

“Location, Location , Location. Very close to everything in Apex.”

“There was a misunderstanding on the home being pet friendly, within 30 minutes of checking in I received an urgent call from owner who charged a large fee to us for having the dogs. He was rude and wanted us to check out early so they could have extra time to clean. I was only looking for a pet friendly home and am not sure how this happened, he wanted to make sure our dogs did not get on the furniture which they don't at home anyhow. I felt very uncomfortable in the house the entire time as……

“The house is very nicely updated, and very well laid out, with plenty of room for our party of 10, plus little puppy. The location is convenient to highways (about 20-25 minutes for us up to Durham) and local shopping, the neighborhood itself is great too.”

“The house was dirty, pillows were yellow and gross looking, only two washcloths, coffee pot had water stains on it. We bought sheets because everything looked dirty! I opened the microwave to heat up my food and there was an IHOP container left behind from another guest with food in it and the food was MOLDY!!! Around the toilet and in the tub was gross! I was also told to put the towels we used in the washing machine and to wash dishes, but was told that the cleaners “had a lot of work to do”……

“Amazing house! Incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished. We found everything we needed and had a great stay!”

“Melissa was a great host! The listing is accurate and there is so much hbsoace in that house! Beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us.”

“We lived the central location and quiet neighborhood, especially the natural forest in the backyard. The communication for small concerns was prompt and we felt being well taken cared for.”

“Very clean. Great location”

“House and amenities are as pictured. Good communication. ”

“Our group of 8 stayed in this comfy home for a family funeral for several days in April 2026. We had plenty of space to lounge, gather in the kitchen and linger on the back patio. We adored the rocking chairs on the front porch! Lots of hot water, plenty of seating, fun bonus Arcade in the living room (Galaga!), a sweet little library of inspirational books in the living room and gorgeous secluded back yard / woods. We truly enjoyed our time there despite the sad occasion. Best of all was the……

“We rented both sides and it is a absolutely beautiful property! We had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs and we would definitely stay there again if we were in that area.”
