“Had to park in the rear yard/ parking area. Walk around to front to get in. Owner sent wrong code. Quickly reached him. Them opened door to the house that was supposedly cleaned that afternoon and it there was overwhelming odor of musty/ moldy air. Back lot had broken down fence with no grass or area to hand out if you have 4 vehicles. Lack of privacy curtains on kitchen window and side full length glass door. House may have been refurbished but it was lipstick on the pig. My husband and I went……

“The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
