“Room was Cleaned and stocked. The Bed was very Comfy. The Marble all around a room was very impressive. The Staff/Owners were very friendly. If I had to or in the near future had to stay a month there I would. ”

“Nice little, quiet and clean motel. Perfect stay if you're doing any races at the civic center. Just a mile and a half away. Very affordable and a TV that actually works lol you don't have to download an app or sign into anything haha. I will definitely stay again. ”

“Parking, cleanliness, friendly staff and bang for the buck were really excellent! There’s a gas station literally right next store if you need anything. Security does rounds on the half hour. It’s a legit place to stay especially if you’re headed to the track. 10/10 will be back. ”

“No coffee maker, no ice, hot water needs to be hotter, had to run shower for 10 minutes to get it up to very warm. TV broken, had to switch to a room that was not as nice. Staff friendly but poor English skills, very difficult to understand. ”

“Maybe I need to learn that when its a Residency type property people will be living there. Overall thats not a big deal, just be prepared for the noise of young children screaming and rearranging the furniture over your unit. My unit was superficially clean, however the carpet was so filthy that when I'd get in shower I'd leave grey smudges. To be fair i did not complain to front desk. The stickiness in front of elevator was not a priority either. It is a good value if you need a kitchenette. No……
