The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional the room wasn’t clean there was clothes in the bathroom left behind from previous guest. Carpet was dirty and I got bitten by bed bugs.

The property manager claimed that they cannot reschedule incorrectly dated booking and that I need to reach out for actual reimbursement to Expedia, that they will be able to correct the error. Meanwhile to sleep the night I needed to pay separately, directly at the hotel. Then they refused to return money for the wrongly booked date to Expedia. Thwy made me pay twice for one room, scumbags.

Every night we were there, there was a lot of noise in the parking lot, people speaking very loud and having a party. There was always someone seating in the stairwell smoking .
