"I reserved an ADA room with roll in shower. There were no ADA rooms available when I checked in. Beds were tall and no bathroom bars are the reason for my one star. "

"Room was clean and in good condition. Everything seemed to work as intended, although trying to figure out the TV remote was frustrating. And I'm not at all technology-challenged. Something I experienced twice during my stay this time: there was a customer taking a large slice of the counter person's time, while a line slowly built to half a dozen people. The staff member was clearly trying to manage the situation as best she could, but with no one to provide any backup, there were a bunch of us who were inconvenienced. "

"Very clean and well maintained property, with dog friendly rooms, every one faces the river. You can walk to restaurants or bars or the huge park. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and empowered to make your stay great. Lots of parking, Ev charging, and a decent buffet breakfast. I stay regularly as it’s so handy just off the I5. Highly recommend."

"Room was perfect! Sandy and her staff is great! The rv was perfect but on the flip side the dish box shut down at 3 am and all we could get was 2 channels and they were the news channels. The dish box never recovered its channels. "
