“The Help Desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and with answering questions about “missing” knife from knife set and instructions for TV. The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days. “The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. “I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked.
