“Pro and Con. Con -Many many rooms had windows covered by a white milky substance on the exterior, possibly from the above cooling units poorly vented. It was like milk poured over the windows, and you couldn't see clearly outside - at all. (I have photos) Plus my window screen a had a huge rip so it flapped in the wind. Also bathtub drain plug was disconnected, came out, and drained slowly. Pro: The bed seemed newer, and was clean and comfortable. The place was relatively clean. And the……

“Bathrooms were clean, but carpets are dirty. Back of night stands were dirty and dusty. Bathroom vent was dirty. Plus they charge a 150.00 deposit, then return it in 5-7 day. Just wrong!! If you have a credit card on file, If there’s damage charge the card. Front desk staff was rude!! Will not stay here again.”

“Facilities: The entire “canteen” area was empty and no food options. The approximately 30 cans in the fridge available for purchase were clearly dropped as the tops were all popped out. When we arrived there was some aroma through the place. Not necessarily bad but it was some sort of fragrance that was at times a bit off-putting. The fire table in the main picture of the hotel is even cracked/damaged in the picture. Pool: Absolutely freezing. No towels available at the pool. Asked the front……

“It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“All went great. Everyone loved the space and the beds and bath were perfect! Would definitely return!”

“We enjoyed staying at the extended stay. The staff was not as helpful as we had hoped. We stayed for 3 weeks and during that time I had lost my card or it stopped working a couple of times. The night person was frustrated and not caring or thoughtful of our situation and was rude to say the least! Other than that the sink did not have a stopper so I could not feel the sink with water. The rest of the room was good and it was clean. I would stay there again.”

“The home was advertised to sleep 7 and we had 7 people. Everyone was comfortable but there were not enough coffee cups and untensils, and the kitchen was low on supplies. The owner was excellent at communicating and provided us with an iron as requested. Overall it worked well for sleeping 7 people and the location was convenient for our time in Appleton. ”
