I called to confirm before I booked that everything was operational and they said yes. I check in big sign red slide not working. One of the main reasons I was driving here. He said it just happened but when I looked and took picture it looks like its been closed. They put me on the first floor. Rooms inside are very nice but the entire floor had rolls of carpet everywhere they were renovating. The smell of toxins was strong and I am asthmatic. Then when we woke up this morning there was a sign pool closed for maintenence. I’ve been staying there when I visit Green Bay for many years. The big slide in the pool was not working and the heat in the pool was not working. The water was heated and it was not uncomfortable. The vending machine was also not working on the first floor. Breakfast was fair but no pastry was provided. There was a group of high school age boys staying across from our room that were very loud and obnoxious. Management was told about this but didn’t get them quiet until after 11:00\. I don’t think I’m going back. The level of care the staff displayed from front desk greeting, follow up on stay satisfaction, cleaning staff, and food service was beyone measure. I mean they really took pride in their work and care of their facility and guests. The one room we started with the pull out couch was broke. They quickly upgraded us. The hot tub doesn’t have any working jets but it was still nice to sit in. Pool temp was perfect.
