“The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.”
