“Very clean! The breakfast was very unsatisfactory and the coffee was terrible”

“The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.”

“Nice clean property. Stay there for the breakfast - they have not subscribed to the pulled pork and taco nonsense for breakfast. You get REAL pork sausages, etc.. The TV is a pain to figure out. Could not see how to find and view the channels you want for 2days. They need an explanatory brochure. I would stay there again, it is clean and quiet.”

“Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.”

“Parking was okay, but the traffic on the street in front of the hotel was terrible. The hotel needs to trim the tree at the entrance to the hotel. It's impossible to see the coming traffic on the curve. Very dangerous.”

“I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo.”
