There were scratching sounds in the walls at night that I think were rodents. Keeping us awake. Property needs updating. Milk was empty at breakfast and no attendant while I was there. We paid top dollar for an inferior property. Parking lot needs paving. I could list more. Front desk attendant was good and we did not complain.

The room I stayed in had a very strong urine and cigarette smell and there was dog food on the carpet (I don't have a dog). There were spiders and cob webs in the corners of the room. The staff is lovely and they were very friendly and great, this establishment is just in need of serious renovations.

The entire area is undergoing renovation. From the highway off ramp, main cross roads, parking and the property I am reviewing. It is a slow process and I’m sure when it’s all done it will be great! The staff was amazing, property was very clean, food surprisingly good. Pool was immaculate. Hot tub out of service during my stay. The noisy and rude hotel guests out a damper on my visit, but there isn’t much the staff could do. They did get me a quieter room in the back of the property. That was greatly appreciated. We stayed in a suite for the week long visit and enjoyed having a sitting, dining and bedroom area all separated. I recommend the court yard rooms for a quieter stay.

Staff was extremely nice! The rooms are very thin and you can hear people talking from the hallway. The AC units were awful. It was extra warm in our room even when we set the temperature low. The showerhead in the room was not screwed on tight and water was shooting up unto the ceiling... Parking area was a little hectic since the hotel is housed between Texas Road House and Applebees. Breakfast was just ok. For the price that we paid, can't complain too much.

Great place to stay when we were in Appleton for a show at the Performing Arts Center. Staff was helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Some areas of the property needed some attention (wallpaper in the halls were torn and carpets were worn), but for the most part the place was great. Thanks LaQunta!

The facility is older but has been well-maintained and upgraded with some very minor items that need to be finalized, but nothing that affected our stay. I really liked to open space outside of our room by the main level check-in area. The people working at the front desk were very kind/helpful. The one thing that this facility needs is a new asphalt parking lot. It's quite bad. There's one pothole you could fit a quarter-barrel into. Get that taken care of and it will add a lot of 'curb appeal'
