“Always a pleasure!”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. “Sweet staff, spacious rooms and a nice hot tub and indoor pool!! 😊”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”

“Comfortable beds and spacious room!!”

“Good”

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁”

“The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator so you could eat in. The shower had great pressure! As far as comfort goes, the pillows were quite large and hard. Most importantly, it was cold because there was a large gap between the door and the doorway. The draft just streamed in, so no matter how high I turned up……

“Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!”

“They were very accomodating and let me switch rooms due to a noise issue.”
