“Clean spacious room. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you eat in the nearby military base, or have a taste for Subway or teriyaki - there is literally nothing to eat in walking distance. 3 miles away - McDonald’s and some other place. Access to the hotel off I-5 northbound is a nightmare. Construction, new overpasses, hard place to find. Good luck doing it at night - even with a GPS. All in all - a pretty bad experience. Breakfast looked like a high school……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful.”

“Staff was really nice, but this hotel needs some love. Pretty run down. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Didn’t look edible and didn’t take any chances. ”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Nice big shower with grab bars, etc. Appreciated the microwave. Frig was noisy so we unplugged it. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.”
