“I liked it a lot but the only thing I didn’t like was that my room was very close to the highway so it was very noisy.”

“地点还算方便，含早餐，但早餐质量太普通；停车比较方便。地点还算方便，含早餐，但早餐质量太普通；停车比较方便。”

“The place and host were awesome. She always kept me up to date and let me know where I should visit . I will definitely be visiting again.”

“The home was very clean and organized. Traveling with our daughter and grandchildren. With the three bedrooms and one with three twin beds, it was ideal. Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed. ……

“The stay was pleasant, comfortable and convenient. Upon first arrival, we had some difficulty with the entry code. I had been driving all day and hadn’t seen the email that was sent with instructions so I called the owner who returned my call immediately with instructions and we were in. I later found the email. Oops! Great response from owner though!! After that, we had a couple more times we had to contact owner and she was always responsive and offered immediate solutions. I would however……

“Although we were very happy to be allowed to check in earlier then 4:00 pm We had arrived in town around 2:00 pm We discovered that both of the reclining chairs were broken and would not recline , The hideaway bed couch was missing a mattress and could not be used ,ants in the bathroom and the floor was very soft and sinking in places which made it very uneven to walk on .The bed in bedroom.was also elevated too high up and made it very difficult to get in and out of , which resulted in my wife……

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside.”

“Amazing place and an amazing host!”

“Cozy and roomy for our family. ”

“Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We……

“Wonderful home! Had everything we needed and more. Our families throughly enjoyed our stay, and took advantage of the bbq grill, well stocked kitchen, complimentary wine, amazing outdoor dining set up, hot tub, and espresso machine. Our grandson loved the playroom under the stairs. We all felt spoiled by the whole experience and it made our central coast visit extra special. Best rental home we have ever had the privilege of staying at. Thank you for an amazing stay.”

“We had the best time! Our little girls loved the play nook. We were so spoiled by all the amenities and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Lots of entertaining spaces but privacy for each family to have their own areas. We would absolutely recommend this space for large families, especially for little ones. The garage space to hang out was great and not to mention the double washer and dryer! 10/10”
