“The room did not have a clean welcoming vibe. The room needs a complete renovation.its old snd lacked amenities that are normal in a room. No shampoo, no body wash, no iron or ironing board. The tv did not work , noisy ice machine, top floor I was I. Bottom Room 101, could hear every step taken in room. Telephone not working. The sink had. An old fashioned rubber stopper , you could see all the way down the sinkhole drain. The electric plug was broken in half… one queen size bed was broken, it……

“I was charged before arrival and I didn’t chose ther option. I am requesting a full refund for to working heaters, no one on site to help. Called for help for over an hour. No hot water. Carbon monoxide detectors not working. I would never recommend this place.”

“So our TV didn’t work at all in our room. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but got zero response from anyone. I’m kind of disappointed. The place has a series of ponds outside of the rooms and there is like a swarm of mosquitos. We literally opened and closed the door to our suite and had like 20 mosquitos inside the room. It was super annoying to spend double the price on a holiday weekend just to have a mosquito problem, a janky TV that DID NOT work. I had to stand a foot away from the TV to……
