The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”

I was expecting this charge as Expedia don't give an option for paying for it when booking online. We dropped our bags in room and went out for a walk, on return we had a drink in the bar and went into restaurant for our evening meal which we both found uninspiring, especially the desserts. “This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. He demanded payment even though we had paid theough hotels.com, we showed him the receipt but he was trying to scam us. He then kicked us out of the hotel. Honestly guys for your……

“Pleasant stay nice breakfast ”

“Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!”
