“Convenient location and good service. Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Only thing is that their carparking space is limited in number and needs separate payment.”

“When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be……

“This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. “We stayed here for one night before heading through the Channel Tunnel to France, and for that purpose the location really can’t be faulted – it’s a solid 10/10 and incredibly convenient. That said, there were a few issues worth noting. In our room, the shower holder was broken, meaning you had to hold the shower head the entire time, which wasn’t ideal. Parking is no longer included and is now managed by a third party at £6 per night, which feels like an unnecessary extra. The biggest……
