“Front desk staff was very unprofessional. They talked amongst themselves while we waited. Housekeeping person looked at her list of cleanings for the day and used profanity and threw a fit. Never going back. Who needs that?”

“I must have inadvertently booked a handicap room, there was no tub, but just a walk in shower, and that was okay, except the water from the shower made the entire floor of the bathroom slippery and wet. I informed the office that the toilet seat was very loose, he assured me he would have maintenance look into it. The shower had a large square shower head, so you had the rain shower effect. The only downside was, there were no businesses close by, so if I wanted to eat, I had to travel for food.……

“Easy check in”

“There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean. The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside. My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun. Even though it was my first time, it was easy to maneuver through the still water. Life jackets are conveniently kept in the brown box. There are……

“Great property, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4.”

“The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!”
