“Requested a refund upon arrival and checking out the room. This place is still very much under renovations in some areas. Construction material very visible and rooms seemingly still being remodeled. The room itself looked new but was extremely pungent. Think glue fumes or heavy cleaner, no idea what but was so strong that we requested a refund as we could not think of remaining in the room for any amount of time.”

“This is a humble lake house that worked well for us during Trine graduation weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors by the water. “There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean. The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside. My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun.
