“The room smelled somewhat musty or smoky like most cheap rooms until we had the A/C running long enough. The bedding was clean. We were staying as we did a long drive home across the country, so it was decent enough to sleep in for a night and wake up the next day. The check in process seemed like it took forever considering I’d already reserved online and paid.”

“Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

“The room was horrible, we could hardly walk around without bumping into something. We stayed for 6 days and no one ever cleaned the room even if we asked. Our bed had stains on the sheets and someone else’s hairs. We couldn’t use our tub, the water was cut off for hours, outside was filthy! We found a pill on the floor under the table. Staff would not give us new towels, new bedding, or even empty the trash. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. Don’t waste your money or time.”

“Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
