“The Belmont Flat was exactly as described end an easy walk from Belmont restaurants and the Downtown Mall. The onsite host was lovely - greeted us upon our arrival and surprised us with a bottle of wine when she found out we were celebrating our 15th anniversary! So wonderful!”

“We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. ”

“Very clean and well appointed with a LOT of extras that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Close to excellent hiking trails. It was a big plus that pets were welcomed as we brought our 2 beagles who had a great time too!”

“We had a great stay. The house is very nice and clean, and in a central location in Charlottesville. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host communicated well. We would definitely stay there again.”
