The parking here is $58/day and valet only which was unexpected, that's on us for not knowing. However it is also in an unsafe part of town, my husband and his friend were chased, berated with slurs, and threatened by someone outside of the hotel. Additionally, breakfast was terrible- the bread/bakery selection was stale, the bacon was microwavable bacon, the eggs were soupy or dry hardboiled, the potatoes were dry, and on our last day they were freezer burned tater tots mixed with the dry potatoes, the fruit was unfortunately tasteless. Additionally, the workers for breakfast looked very unhappy. This was the norm for the whole stay. We chose this hotel because it offered breakfast for $40 additional a night, and that quality was far lower than expected. The room however was clean, although the body gel was not refreshed once during our 4 night stay. The building has a nice entrance and was kept cool in summer, so that was nice. Overall, the room was fine but the services were subpar and the area is unsafe. For how expensive this hotel is, I was unhappy with the food situation and the safety concerns.

Location was unbeatable. The downside was parking was mandatory valet. Our shower tile was cracked and fixed with calk. Elevators needed to be mopped our entire stay. Found women’s hair on our bed. Light switches were faulty. But the staff was nice and friendly. If you can over look the imperfections then great stay for someone looking for downtown experience

Very nice hotel. We had an issue with the towel. So I told the front desk and it was taken care of before we return to our room from dinner. The breakfast was very good and they had a variety of options to choose from. Even at 9:30 with just 30 minutes left, the food was fresh.

We enjoyed our stay here, overall. We went to Comedy Mothership and it was only a 10 minute walk, which was very convenient. I also liked the ambience of the hotel and the decor of the room. My reason for a 4 star rating is for the bed. The bed in our room was extremely hard and the pillows went completely flat; this made for a super uncomfortable sleep. I’m not picky about mattresses or pillows, typically, but I’ve never slept on a harder bed.

The parking expense per day was more than I would’ve guessed. It was $57 to get the car returned to us every time we needed it, so we actively avoided getting the car brought to us. It was valet only. Also there wasn’t a whole lot of choice when it came to the breakfast options or the little shop next to the check in desk. Otherwise we had a good experience.
