"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. During the day, we learned that the cocoon beside our friend’s was empty. She even was petty to not allow us to...

"Didn't stay there due to healthy issue. We visited Cummings Highlands a week before the booking to tell the owners about our cancellation. They had no record of our stay. So I was not impressed , especially after trying to negotiate a 1 night stay in liu of our cancellation. Overall unsatisfactory dealing with your company. You and the business owners of Cummings Highlandsgot your money for which we received nothing in return. Would not us your booking company again"

Savoy Hotel Manila near Airport NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

Savoy Hotel Manila near Airport NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

8/10 Good
"We had 1 night stay at Savoy prior to our flight in the early part of the morning back to the U.S, The location is very convenient as it is only a 10 minutes ride to Terminal 1 where our PAL flight was departing from. Also at walking distance from the hotel there are multiple places to eat and shops. The hotel itself has a restaurant that we used for the breakfast buffet that starts at 6 am which was good since our flight was at 11 am. Paying for the buffet breakfast upon checking has a 20% discount relative to buying at the restaurant. The room was quiet and there is no airplane noise even though is in front of Terminal 3. The only issues we found with the room that were quickly resolved by the staff were missing towels for our party of 3 and some odor in the room when we came in."
