Fully furnished, first floor guest suite with bath and kitchenette. Unit is attached to a larger home, but is completely private including a private entrance. Amenities include a small kitchenette/multipurpose room, private bath and separate bedroom with a fantastic view. Also included a very private, quiet, shaded, outdoor lighted patio area. Rent includes WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Smart TV and utilities including a tenant controllable A/C system. Parking for one vehicle. Hiking trails, Lakes and parks nearby. 15-20 minutes (traffic dependent) from downtown Austin. Multi-month terms available. Deep cleaning and disinfected between tenants. Approx 350 sqft (39m^2). Please note that there are security cameras outside the Suite and around the property.

Relaxing atmosphere, great view

The neighborhood strikes just the right balance--upscale but relaxed. It is quiet and affords a beautiful view of Lake Travis. There is a great patio area. The place is perfect for a couple, with just enough of a kitchen to make a meal; there is a Le Creuset saucepan and small skillet. We enjoyed the unique artwork throughout the apartment, too. There are hiking trails nearby, which was also a plus. We would definitely recommend.

Scenic and tranquil

This property is in the hills of Austin and is a lovely getaway from the city but still not too far from it. Also close to Lake Travis and great restaurants.
