“I wanna first write that there were bed bugs. I have a picture of one of the bed bugs I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.”

“Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will book this hotel each time we are visiting our family in the area. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“We stayed in a 2nd floor room. The hallway reeked of marijuana. There were five cigarette burn holes in one blanket and two on the other. The bathroom was supposed to have disability access to the shower. If you are disabled from the waist down, you aren't able to get into the bathtub and access the shower. No ice machine on the property. When I checked out, I was so congested and coughing from inhaling the pot in the air.”

“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I……
