“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left.
On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. However, my biggest gripe was that the sofa wasn't super clean (I can live……

“Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case.
