“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location, making it really easy to get around Paris using public transport. The reception being open from 9am–7am was very convenient, and there were some fantastic little extras that made our stay even better — unlimited bottles of water, unlimited coffee and free massage chairs!
