“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“This place is SMALL. Had we not been staying only two nights knowing we’d been out at Disney and literally needed a place to sleep, it would not have been ok for 3 people (2 adults 1 teen) and our bags. The beds are more like a cot and a pull out couch that was horrible to sit on let alone sleep. There were barely the essentials, we ran out of toilet tissue after barely a day with no extra rolls. It was extraordinary hot in Paris and fans help but the space was stiflingly hot and the WiFi was……

“We had a lovely stay at this apartment in France. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean and well maintained. It had the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed, which was a very thoughtful touch. The Disney theme was also really apparent throughout the apartment, with lots of fun Disney artwork and décor that made it especially enjoyable for our family. The location was great for visiting Disneyland Paris. We took the 2233 bus to and from the parks, which took about 27……
