The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe and right next to a nice park for some morning runs. The unit was clean, but had some things that needed fixing. The bathroom is not very private given the sliding door. The shower door was not sufficient to keep the water out, so the bathroom floor was always puddled with water.
