Apartments in Ava for Rent

"The pool and hot tub was enjoyable enough. The parking was easy and close to the check-in doors. The cleaness and smell of the place in general was not appealing. The in room microwave had to be moved to the floor under a table to be able to plug in to warm up foods and such. Barley anywhere to store clothing and traveling supplies if staying more than one day. The staff was kind when asking for towels, as you have to before going to the pool because there are none in the pool area. Check in was easy, almost too easy, as my brother walked in and said my name and they just handed the keys over, with out question or any verification at all. We are kind and grateful people, we leave our small town twice a year to get a room and enjoy the city outtings with the family. This place gave us a roof amd bed to do just that but we were not impressed. "

"So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down. I will say the staff at night let us sit in the lobby and eat dinner with the rest of our family. I hope there is no reason that I will have to stay again. "

Beth is a super host, any questions or concerns are immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying at Lap of Luxury again! Peggy"
