The staff truly care about the guests even the cleaning lady had a smile. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

The staff at as very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked even towards the end of the morning. The room was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also the area was quiet so we could get a good nights sleep. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I am VERY picky! This Hilton is new, adjustable mattresses, large rooms, great pillows and plush towels. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Terrific breakfast made on the spot. Full bar with happy hour! Outdoor fire pit, several smoking areas. My mom needed a handicapped shower and it was huge with a large seat and bars everywhere! Very good restaurants within walking distance AND they accept dogs. The toaster took a long time to work our first morning and they gave us a huge discount on our...

Amazing stay. That the hotel was brand new. My only complaint is the pet charge was too high. I think $75 is too much.

Nice hotel especially for the price. Everything was clean and new. Had bags of gummy worms on the beds for kids when you check in along with a story about the property. Walking distance to some restaurants.

Have stayed in several motels in Springfield, Missouri over the past two years and this was the best.

Room was clean and comfortable

Great hotel but definitely needs queen size beds instead of double beds.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious & very comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet was great. And the location is great!

The balcony was my favorite. Sipping coffee and watching the sunrise was beautiful. Only Con was the coffee wasn’t my kinda strong (I’m from texas everything is bigger and bolder LOL) kidding!! I just made that joke with my fiancé and he thought it was hilarious.

Ashley at the front desk is amazing! She helped check me in late in the evening, and took the time to explain the benefits I could have if I joined IHG’s loyalty program. She convinced me and I signed up to be a member on the spot.

The room was a little small but very clean. Loved the food bar. Been traveling for 5 weeks with different hotel almost every night and this is one of the best stays. Staff were super friendly. Certainly will stay there again next year.

Always a good stay.

Stay was nice! Hotel was sold out but you would have never known it! Clean place and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great. One thing I didn’t like is dogs being in the breakfast area around the food.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT TOP TIER 5 STAR SERVICE. NEW PROPERTY THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY & MADE THE STAY BEYOND WONDERFUL. WE TRAVEL ALOT. THIS IS BY FAR 1 OF MY BEST STAYS YET!!! IF I EVER COME BACK I WILL STAY HERE AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

The hotel itself was gorgeous! The restaurant had great atmosphere and the food was amazing! I loved the location, it was walking distance to several nightlife options!!!
