Property is nice and staff was helpful and kind. I did not like being pressured to watch a 90 min. Presentation on what amounts to timeshare property in exchange for free tickets to a show. Other than that, everything went well. They could use some updates to the villas as they are showing signs of age, especially the bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Plan on eating all meals off site (no free breakfast). They have a little cafe which is nothing more than 4 tables in an arcade. You order at the arcade counter from a minimal menu of breakfast or lunch. Food was ok but like vending machine food.

For three continuous days, I made repeated requests for help with the Wi-Fi. Since the beginning of our communication, we discussed what was available and what was not available in our room. I was asked to look for and reset a modem. As the conversation progressed, I sent photos of our room, closets, and cabinets and described in detail what was there. There was no modem available for me to reset. The Wi-Fi issue should have been handled by staff instead of requiring the guest to search the room and troubleshoot equipment that was not present. We eventually received connection information, but only after three days of unnecessary back-and-forth and a lack of clear communication. The room was adequate, but the experience was made frustrating by how a basic Wi-Fi problem was handled.

The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. They didn’t provide simple kitchen utensils like pancake turners and they only had a few pans and one sheet pan, which made cooking a bit of a hassle. They didn’t provide dish soap we had to get our own, and they didn’t have extra trash bags available. We have a large family, so that would have been helpful as all of the trash cans were very full when we left. Also, although the rooms were clean at a glance, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere (some dead, some alive). I recommend that they get their property sprayed by pest control. When we first walked in, we killed 5 spiders within the first 10 minutes. On day two of our stay, I found two more spiders in the laundry area and another bug came crawling in as we were sitting in the living room area. In addition to that, when I went to use a towel from the bathroom downstairs, there was a bug inside of it. Lastly, the shower in the main room had mold inside of it.
