"When I arrived, my initial room was much smaller than I usually reserve. It appeared to be an error on the part of Hotels.com. Melissa at the Front Desk listened when I discussed what I usually book and she reviewed my history stay. My children and I often visit. She found an equivalent room and basically saved the day. "

"We enjoyed our stay here, the indoor and outdoor pools were in different bldgs and not so convenient to walk to and the hot tub had several kids (10 teenagers and then a group of much younger kids ) playing in it even though the sign said “must be 18 “ , parents were not present. Exit door was propped open for their personal convenience and anyone else’s . No staff paying attention to this either. "

It’s close to everything, family friendly, clean, quiet (normally sleep with a sound machine, but wasn’t able to bring it and slept great without), very comfortable pillows/bed, and the breakfast is insanely delicious with variety for everyone! The lady at check-in was wonderful! However, a few days later I stood at the front desk waiting for staff (felt like a long time, but probably 2-3 minutes) until I decided to walk away. When I walked past the office two people were in there talking, assuming they were able to see me on the camera waiting at the front desk. Aside from that, great place to stay! "
