奥斯汀艾利牧场公园边酒店宾馆住宿限时优惠

“這是我第二次入住這家酒店，下次来奧斯汀，我們還會選擇這里。”

“If you like firm matresses, you would like it here. I wouldn't come here again but service and the staff is nice.”

“Water pressure was weak and the fridge didn't work. Had to throw out all of our lunch meat and cheese for lunches and snacks. When we went to the front desk to tell them they said they would put a work order in with maintenance. Never asked us to switch rooms or never got a working fridge in our 3 day stay. Probably never going to use hampton again. Never offered anything for there inconvenience. Very disappointed..”

“Arrived to the property at 2;45 pm when the check-in time was at 4:00 pm. I called 3 hours early to confirm if I was able to check in 1 hr and 15 min early. I received a confirmation that I will be able to check in at my arrival time (2:45 pm). The front desk employees told me that i needed to wait after 4 pm to check in because they were 100% booked. Front Desk employees did not pick up the phone or took one step away from the desk to validate if my room was ready. In other words they just say……

“Wonderful experience, friendly staff really helps you out when there is an issue, plus best breakfast ever!”

“Staff was nice….room ok…not as clean as I expected but doable”

“Good hot tub and they allowed a late checkout for no cost. Decent breakfast.”

“My room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ready and items offered were appetizing.”
