“Could use a little updating. Staff was polite. Breakfast was not good. Some areas could have been cleaner. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. Japanese restaurant next door for convenience.”

“The best value in Albany with free parking. Everything updated and a wonderful free Breakfast. The room rates start at a very affordable rate. Very short drive to the center of Albany. Park at lot next to The First church o fAlbany. Two dollars an hour. Try The Hollow Restaurant. Love it!”

“Staff was helpful though the old adage of ya can’t put lipstick on a pig rings true…for me it would have been worth the extra $50 to stay somewhere else. Dirty room, one towel like tissue paper, and the so called pathetic breakfast find an alternative if you can.”

“The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”
