"I recently stayed at the Drury Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean from the lobby to the rooms, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the best parts of staying here was that both breakfast and the evening meal were included. The food was very good, and having those meals included added a lot of value to our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the evening meal was a convenient and enjoyable bonus. The only negative thing I can say is that the indoor pool was a little chilly. It wasn't a major issue, but I would have preferred the water to be a bit warmer. Overall, I highly recommend the Drury Hotel. The cleanliness, excellent staff, and included meals made for a wonderful stay, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The only thing I do not like when I first got there from out of town. I called the hotel about five or six times. No one answered, but when I get that the ones in the office watching their tablet, the whole time instead of picking up the phone because I travel out of town I wanted to the bottom floor, but when I got there, she said they only had a top floor for me."

"Very Clean rooms Staff nice and pleasant! Only problem was freeway sounds into my room at night! Motorbikes & big rigs, a few mussel cars general traffic. Then twice during the night, firetruck from the nearby fire station sirens blaring went past the Hotel midnight & two or three AM. Pool was great but not outside, had to go out to a patio for sunning!"

"This hotel is under construction! None of the pictures on Expedia match anything that this Hotel provides. Everything is outdated. I stayed with two handicap people. One of the elevators wasn’t working, so I was forced to push my handicap Sister to a working elevator while my father followed behind having a very hard time walking on his own with his walker that distance . It was the hard and inconvenient for me to try to wheel around my handicap sister and make sure that my dad would not fall around all of their construction this Hotel. Hotel does NOT match Marriott standards whatsoever! There were broken bathroom doors, washing machines in the area provided for filling ice, made it impossible for a handicap person to even get into! My dad couldn’t use his bathroom fan because of the loud noise it was making. They were cutting down palm trees directly over the pool area on Friday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon . I was horrified to go back and find my sister covered in sawdust! They just started cutting trees over her!I tried to speak with the manager, but as soon as I started this is not Marriott standards. She became extremely upset! I explained to her that I threw away chlorine bottles that were left out at the pool and both doors we let open on the pool maintenance rooms?! The hot tub outside didn’t work for $1600 I would expect a little more than what we received. The general manager was very very rude and disrespectful when we went voice or concerns. Very disappointed!"
