It was full of carpenter ants when we woke up in the morning. Floors were pretty cold so I would strongly recommend bringing slippers or house shoes. The s’mores were a nice touch and being so immersed in the woods was special."

"Only giving 4 stars because of 2 things.. First thing was the Jaccuzi area was the only part not updated and it was kind of sad to walk into that. They updated everything else except that area and I can only guess the tub has been there probably since the 90s.. Also the mattress was very hard, but my husband loved it! Everything else was amazing including breakfast. The room was clean and staff was pleasant. We even got fresh belgian waffles in the morning to perfect our little valentines staycation! Will be back again!"

"Cottage was very clean. Cozy and warm. It was snowing heavy when we arrived and Host was very accommodating and timely getting snow cleared out. Hot water, heat, bathroom nice and large. Pet friendly - my two Pomeranians were comfortable. Looking forward to a possible follow up visit in summer. "
