"Arrived about 10:30. Drove to the bike path and rode 30 miles round trip! Great trail, great place to stop in Carlton for lunch. Checked into the apartment. Showered and headed to Duluth for a craft cocktail, ended at the Legion across the street from us. Ordered Chinese and crashed! Perfect, safe location! We had the best time! "

"This property has a lot of potential. Upon arrival the beautiful flower gardens greet you. Cell service at this location is minimal to none and you have to sign into their WiFi. If you’re here to disconnect then you’re good. Our group ran into issues with the house not being properly cleaned, by the management company, and we spent part of the second day cleaning and vacuuming. "This was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped and the beds were comfortable. They had both a k-cup machine and regular coffee maker and pods and coffee and tea stocked. It was very clean. They also didn’t require any crazy cleaning/laundry requirements at check out, so it was easy to check out fast. The neighborhood was quiet and it is a short distance to campus and to restaurants and Walmart. We would stay again next time we are visiting UW-Superior. "
