The female staff that checked us in was rude and was not helpful which spoiled it for us.otherwise every other aspect was good. The parking information on the booking website is deceiving..it should be made clear next to it that is paid parking...not few line down.

The property is well situated and close to the town high street. The issue is parking. The property is advertised as having pay parking but the issue is that it fills up and then you need to park about a 10 minute walk away at another parking lot. If I had known that I would have stayed at another property right in Bath. The parking situation is NOT fully disclosed in the description.
