“I received a text from Patrick asking how my room was, that was a nice touch.I was surprised that the happy hour was only 5-630, instead of 5-7. 2 bartenders behind the bar but only 1 servicing the free drinks. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
