“Well, if you don't mind waking up everyday, and seeing your bank drafted daily for 100+ dollars. This is the place for you! It started before our trip. I had an option to pay online or at the hotel. I selected pay on arrival to hotel. Well that didn't happen. The next day they took 238.00 out of my checking. I had to use a card to reserve it. So, I called up and the man at the desk couldnt confirm what the 238.00 was for. The total was 538.00 for 2 nights. I told him that I just used that card……

“I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM OR ANYTHING ELSE WAS LIKE. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WANTED ME TO PAY A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT SHE CLAIMED WE GET BACK. YET, I PAID FOR MY ROOM ONLINE WHERE THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. THEN, I OROCEED TO HER TELL ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT SHE HAVE TO REQUEST A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR IF EITHER ONE IS AVAILABLE. I REQUESTED MY REFUND, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK ONLY FOR TWO NIGHTS WHEN I PAID FOR THREE. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF 💩 AND THE STAFF IS TOO. I……
