“The property was exceptionally clean. It was very convenient for our business needs. Mark was incredibly responsive as a host. The property was furnished with very up-to-date furniture and accommodations. This property completely met our needs.”

“Host was great to work with and good property”

“Perfect location downtown easy communication with host, would stay again”

“We loved our stay there…. The unit was great, clean, comfortable! We enjoyed all the amenities and watching the golfers go by….. we would absolutely stay there again!, and we would highly recommend it to others (unit 27a).”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The property had everything we needed, was clean, and is in a great location!”

“Great location, and a lot of space, especially for the price. There is a loud vibration from the machine downstairs until 10 pm. You only hear it in the bedroom. Probably wouldn’t bother most people, but my ears are sensitive. Other than that, great place.”

“Just as advertised. Very clean, great location and communication with the host was a breeze.”

“The town home was nice, great location. It needs to be updated, very clean and in good condition. We had a great time there. I would recommend and definitely stay there again.”

“The house was amazing and clean. Everything work and new appliances. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Very cute , had all the amenities , better than a hotel !”

“Amazing host, we love New Bern it is our annual trip. It needs so updates to floors other than that it was amazing! The screened in porch and deck for morning coffee was one of our favorite parts. The pools, gym, restaurant were great and so nice! The check in and out were seamless we extended by two days we didn't want to leave it was amazing from arrival to departure.”

“Host was accessible, place was clean, close to what we needed to go and do….”

“A lovely condo stay while visiting ECU. Will be a go-to for future trips.”

“Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. Would definitely not rent again”

“We booked thr sandcastle unit, which we have stayed in before. Due to an unfortunate pest issue, we were moved to another unit. We always enjoy out time at Fairfield Harbor, I've been coming here since the late 80's and it does not dissapoint. Shouy out to Mike at the guest relations for being so attentive to move us so quickly! Thank you!us so imm3d”

“The unit was clear and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all the cooking and eating utensils you need. Plenty of clean towels and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a beautiful treed setting with lakes and plenty of birds to listen to. The activity center has exercise classes and a small weight room and a small exercise bike and treadmill room. The pool area is very nice. The whole complex is very well maintained.……

“The condo was very nice, similar to the one we had earlier in the at 8114 Lakeview, except that there was a hottub in 8204 vs a mini dining room/vestabule area. The condo was very quiet, well equipped for our needs. Nice view over both parts of the pond/lake and nice view of the pond/lake over at the Windward Condos.Overall the Fairfield Harbour area is a great place to visit if you are looking for a quiet, less noisy vacation or working vacation. Only a ten to twelve minute (easy) drive to……
