“Excellent location for travel on I95”

“Very unhappy with this Marriot chain. We booked a 1 King Room with a sofa and were given 2 full size beds. We have multiple receipts. The woman at the front desk stated to my father you get what you paid for and we did Not pay for a King Size bed because it was a special. Again, we have 3 receipts and copies. The room was not clean along with you cannot sleep at night due to the constant outdoor noise from all of the vehicles. the windows are not good quality. I would not recommend this hotel……

“When we arrived to check in, we were informed that “the systems were down” and they had given our room to someone else. There were multiple families that had the same issue we did. Management was nowhere to be found and they had left what appeared to be someone that might have barely been 18 years old and with zero authority to help anyone to deal with a bunch of angry customers. Ultimately, we were forced to book another room about 30 minutes away in a different town. The experience was……

“新酒店，设施很新，干净整洁，房间有小厨房，适合带孩子全家出行，有早餐，也可以自己做些简单的。锅刀叉盘子杯子洗碗机，都很全，非常方便，附近有牛排馆，超市开车3分钟，买食材非常方便。”
